Description

Development of two towers with a shared podium. OLT approved the Zoning By-Law Amendment Application for this site (20 115845 NNY 08 OZ) to permit an east building 14 storeys in height, and a west building 28 storeys in height ¿ Both buildings will be connected by a shared 6-storey podium. Revised application to add 4 additional storeys onto the west tower, bringing it to 32 storeys. 697 residential units in total. A total of 387 below-grade parking spaces for residential and non-residential use within 3-storeys of underground parking. Direct connection to the TTC.
