Description
This application seeks to amend the zoning to permit a mixed use development consisting of a 6-storey podium (21.7 metres in height), a 30-storey tower (94.5 metres in height) and a 14-storey tower (47.3 metres in height). The proposed development would have a total gross floor area of approximately 50,370 m2, including approximately 4,030 m2 of retail uses and 46,3402 of residential gross floor area.
