Description
The revised application proposes to amend the zoning by-laws to permit a 16-storey rental residential building with a 3-storey addition connecting to the existing 12-storey residential building and a single 'L' shaped block of 3-storey townhouses. The revised application increases the number of proposed units from 255 to 260. The total FSI proposed is 3.85 times the lot area. The application also proposes a 375 sqm public park along Bathurst St and a 276 sqm dedication of land to be put towards a MUP along the southern property line. The revised application continues to propose an access off both Bathurst St and Cedarcroft Dr. The applicant has pulled back the access into the loading to ensure a greater buffer between the site driveway and MUP.

Comparison with similar applications
Lobbied applications are compared only with unlobbied applications of the same type, in the same ward, submitted in the same year and of the same size band (units or floor area from the description; sub-type for Committee of Adjustment files). Unlobbied applications are weighted to match the lobbied group. Raw lobbied versus unlobbied averages are not reported.

Submission to the first decision status seen in our daily loads (measured from launch). Approval and refusal rates are among applications with a recorded decision.
Large and complex applications attract both lobbying and longer reviews, and matching cannot remove every difference between applications, so a difference does not show that lobbying changed how an application was reviewed.
Lobbyists choose whom to contact, so a difference does not show a change of mind.
