Description

Site Plan Approval for a 15-storey office building and ground floor retail uses. The Copp Clark Publishing Co. heritage buildings currently used for commercial and office uses are being maintained on the site, but is not part of the development site. The development comprises of approximately 48,160 square metres of new non-residential gross floor area in addition to the retained gross floor area of 12,482 square metres, for a total of 60,642 square metres. A total of 234 vehicle parking spaces are proposed in four underground levels.
