Description
Application to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a mixed-use development consisting of four residential buildings 44, 39, 27, and 13-storeys, a new park at the northwest corner of the site, a courtyard privately owned publicly-accessible space, and a mid-block connection. The buildings will contain 1,361 dwelling units, of which 38 are replacement for the existing rental units on site. The application proposes 20,524 square metres of non-residential gross floor area.
