Description

Site Plan Control Application to permit the development of a 21-storey mixed-use condominium with 463 residential units and 810 m2 of at-grade retail fronting Queens Quay East and Richardson Street. The proposed condominium will include four levels of underground parking with 197 car parking spots. 468 short-term and long-term bicycle parking spaces will be located in the underground P1 and at ground level.
