Description
The application proposes to expand the existing hotel (192 rooms) by constructing an 11-storey building located at the rear of the existing building. The new addition will accomodate an additional 205 hotel suites and office space. The addition will be connected by a ground floor lobby area. A total of 574 parking spaces will be provided.
