Description
Site Plan Control application for a new Patient Support Centre (SickKids Hospital) at 175 Elizabeth Street. The proposed development consists of a 22-storey building containing approximately 39,385 square metres of non-residential uses including patient support services, education, and administrative functions. Indoor connections to the Peter Gilgan Centre for Research and Learning building and the SickKids Hospital are proposed on the second and third storeys. Enhancements to the public realm on Elm Street and Elizabeth Street are also proposed.
