Description
The revised (April 2020) Zoning Amendment Application for redeveloping the lands at 705 Warden Avenue comprises of 6, 18 and 19 storey buildings with a corresponding increase in residential gross floor area. The proposed redevelopment will result in a transit-oriented, mixed-use development comprising of the following: - 44,575 square metres of residential gross floor area, a portion of which would be dedicated to affordable housing; - 1,137 square metres of indoor and outdoor amenity space; - 535 square metres of retail/commercial space; - 837 square metres of community space; and - 3,834 square metres of new public park space.
