Description
Site Plan Approval Application for the redevelopment and adaptive re-use of the Soap Factory Building at East Harbour. The Soap Factory Building is the first phase of a comprehensive, master planned commercial redevelopment in the Unilever Precinct, enabled by the Unilever Precinct Secondary Plan (OPA 411) and the East Harbour Zoning By-laws (By-laws No. 1280-2018 and 1281-2018), encompassing a broad variety of non-residential uses.
