Description

Draft Plan Condominium related to a mixed use development consisting of two residential towers (49 and 66-storeys) connected by an 8-storey podium (including 3,974 square metres of non-residential space) for a total of 1,280 residential units. This application relates to the commercial component of the development (legal Level 1, 2 and 3). The Phase One Condominium application (File Number 18 199820 WET 06 CD) includes Parking Level 5 to Parking Level 2 (inclusive) and the residential components of the Ground Level to legal Level 8 (the podium). The Phase Two Condominium application (which will be submitted at a later time) will include legal Level 9 to top of Tower A and legal Level 9 to top of Tower B. Note: Parking Level 1 (P1) will form a freehold ownership and will be created either by becoming a freedhold entity by default or will be created by way of a consent application to Committee of Adjustment, Etobicoke York District.
