Description
Site Plan Application for the development that was approved by Council by way of the enactment of site-specific Zoning By-laws 510-2018 and 511-2018. The proposed development consists of a 13-storey building with 150 residential dwelling units, including 33 replacement rental units. The total proposed gross floor area is 11,286 square metres, resulting in a density of approximately 4.99 FSI. A total of 107 parking spaces are proposed in a three-level underground parking garage. Vehicular access for parking and loading is to be provided via a consolidated driveway from Castlefield Avenue. Sixteen (16) bicycle parking spaces for visitors will be provided on the ground floor in addition to 157 bicycle parking spaces for residents.
