Description

This application is for a City-initiated amendment to the Toronto Official Plan to redesignate the western rear portion of the property municipally known as 55 Pelham Avenue from Neighbourhoods to Core Employment Areas. This portion, which has a lot area of approximately 1,112 square metres, will be conveyed to the adjacent property, municipally known as 69 Pelham Avenue and designated Core Employment Areas, and will be used as a parking area for the associated Core Employment Area use.
