Description
The proposal is for a 32-storey residential building containing 358 units with a building height of 104 metres. A total of 172 parking spaces will be provided in 3 levels of underground parking accessed by a widened public north--south laneway from Holmes Ave. A total of 358 bicycle parking spaces will be provided on the mezzanine level (208 spaces) and the underground garage (150 spaces). A total gross floor area of 24,846m2 is proposed, resulting in a FSI of 4.99 x lot area. The applicant submitted a Rental Housing Demolition application to demolish two rental dwelling units on June 19, 2018.
