Description
Draft Plan of Standard Condominium Application to permit a 6-storey mixed-use building, with 1401.2 square metres of commercial office space, 2444.3 square metres of retail space, and 14 residential units. The residential units will be located on levels 4 through 6. A total of 36 parking spaces will be provided (14 for residents; 1 for visitors; 21 for the retail use) in a below grade garage. A total of 15 parking spaces on Level A will be unitized.
