Description

Proposal to permit a total of 498 residential units within a 29-storey apartment building (93 m including mechanical penthouse) with a 5-storey (13.5 m) podium and a mid-rise building stepping upto 12-storeys (41 m including mechanical penthouse). The application to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-laws (under File Number 13 253075 WET 06 OZ) was appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board and a settlement was reached through mediation. The Board is withholding the Order until a number of conditions are fulfilled.
