Description
Site Plan Approval application to facilitate the redevelopment of the site for a 30-storey mixed use building with a 6-storey podium base, which is to replace the existing 5-storey mixed use building onsite. The development proposal includes 243 residential units in the tower portion of the building, 2,013 SM of non-residential GFA (retail and office). OMB task was accidently added.
