Description

Zoning amendment application to allow the redevelopment of the site with a non-residential building with a height of 10 storeys fronting King Street West (43.45 metres including the mechanical penthouse) and 12 storeys fronting Adelaide Street West and Portland Street (51.95 metres including the mechanical penthouse).
