Description
Site Plan Control application to permit a new 31-storey residential building containin 263 dwelling units on a site with two existing rental apartment buildings. The application also includes new parkland in the south portion of the site on the north side Jackes Avenue and in close proximity to David A. Balfour Park, a new 590 square metre amenity pavilion along the eastern lot line which would be accessible to tenants of both the existing and proposed building, renovations to the amenity areas within each of the existing buildings, and overall site improvements.
