Description

The proposed rezoning application for the additional residential apartment buildings and a block of townhouses. At the north-east corner, a 12 storey residential apartment building with a 7 storey podium that will include retail at grade along Dufferin Street is proposed. A second building comprised of 23 storeys with a 6 storey base is proposed at the the north-west corner. The proposed redevelopment of the site will have a total fross floor area of approxmatel 57,200 square metres which includes the existing building and retail. PLEASE NOTE: this is a combined application with Plan of Subdivision Application No.: 17 200956 NNY 15 SB and they should be reviewed concurrently.
