Description
A request to rezone the lands at 1001 Queen Street East to allow a six storey building totalling 20 metres in height with ground floor retail and residential above. 2,364 m2 of residential gross floor area and 254 m2 retail gross floor area are proposed. The proposed building includes 16 residential units, 2 retail units and 17 parking spaces in stackers to the rear of the building.
