Description
Site Plan Approval to construct a 19 and 22-storey mixed-use building consisting of a 5-storey podium and 2 towers, with retail uses on the first 2 storeys (4,072 sq. m NGFA) and resiential uses above (39,177 sq. m. RGFA). 520 dwelling units, 249 parking spaces. 15 existing rental units are proposed to be replaced within the new building.
