Description

The application for draft plan of subdivision proposes to create two lots from the total land holding known as the Villa Columbo Campus lands. One of the lots in th northwest corner of the site will accommodate a four-storey, mixed-use building consisting of a community centre and secondary school (Torontio Catholic District School Board). The proposed building will replace the existing Columbus Centre and Dante Alighieri Academy Secondary School, which is currently located south of this site. the applciant has also applied for a zoning by-law amendment to permt the proposed use (file no. 17 102913 NNY 15 OZ). Associated Site Plan Control files that have been submitted include file no. 16 245637 NNY 15 SA (joint-use facility) and file no. 16 245643 NNY 15 SA (reconfigured existing parking areas).
