Description
With-prejudice comprehensive Zoning By-law Amendment application of two building blocks bound by Cherry Street, Villiers Street, Foundry Street and Commissioners Street. This development comprises of several buildings, two of which are podiums with towers of heights of between 20-45 storeys. The application was appealed by the applicant (OLT-22-002946) and now OLT-22-002109).
