Description

This revised zoning by-law amendment application proposes a 46-storey residential building (149.95 metres) including a 4-storey base building at 39 and 41 Roehampton Avenue and 50 Eglinton Avenue East. The proposed building includes 444 residential units and four levels of underground parking containing 102 parking spaces. The proposal also includes a 442 square metre privately owned publicly accessible space (POPS) on the west side of the site and a connection to the Eglinton subway station at the rear of the POPS area.
