Description
A new four storey, 25,780 m2, joint venture facility. The building would consist of a separate high school (Dante Alighieri) with a gross floor area of 13,059 m2 and a community facility (Columbus Centre) with 7,399m2 of gross floor area. An additional 5,321m2 of 'shared use' space is proposed, including a fitness centre, banquet hall, restaurant, cafe, gallery, auditorium, shared classroom space and chapel.
