Amendment to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permt 8 buildings ranging in heights between 6 storeys and 38 storeys with a combined total 2135 units, of which 200 units are affordable rental housing; a miinimum of 15% of the units are 2 bedroom and a minimum of 10% of the units are 3 bedroom units.
