Description

Site Plan application to permit the construction of four buildings on the block bounded by Lower Sherbourne Street, Princess Avenue, The Esplanade and Front Street East. It is proposed to construct two 29-storey buildings connected by a 16-storey building that steps down to a 10-storey building to the south. The two 29-storey buildings step down three times along Lower Sherbourne Street and Princess Street reaching a height of 11-storeys along The Esplanade. Along The Esplanade, a Privately Owned Publically Accessible space measuring 1,608 sq.m. is provided. In total, the buildings would include 1,927 sq.m. of non-residential uses and 1,531 residential units. A total of 825 parking spaces are proposed, of which 733 would be for residents and 92 for visitors.
