Description
Site Plan Control application to permit the adaptive re-use of the existing heritage-listed building at 44 Gerrard St E; a 5-storey addition to the east (behind 46 Gerrard St E). The existing surface parking lot to the north would be replaced with a 3-storey addition with frontage onto McGill St. The altered building would continue to be used for institutional purposes by Ryerson University. No parking is proposed.
