Description
Four towers are proposed at 39 Newcastle Street (one 22-storey building, one 30-storey building and two 36-storey buildings) with a proposed total gross floor area of 89 261 (of which 87 021 m2 would be for residential use, 2 240 m2 for commercial use, The development would include 1 351 residential units and a total of 914 vehicular parking spaces, including 300 Metrolinx commuter parking spaces, within a 3-level below grade parking garage.
