Description
Application to amend existing Site Plan Approval (14 190053 STE 27 SA) for a 50-storey residential tower with a 3-storey base and grade-related townhouse units. The existing Gooderham Mansion heritage building has been relocated east to Sherbourne Street and will connect to the proposed residential tower. 502 residential rental units and 225 m2 of retail space are proposed.
