Description

Site Plan application Site Plan application for three 6-storey mid-rise residential buildings and four 3-storey stacked townhouse blocks, includes 30% affordable housing. A total of 328 residential dwelling units are proposed. Vehicular access is provided by two driveway access points from Orchid Place Drive. A total of 354 parking spaces are proposed in the underground parking area, with 300 spaces for residents and 52 visitor parking spaces. At grade, there are 3 visitor and 2 car share spaces proposed. A total of 262 bicycle parking spaces are proposed, with a dedicated bicycle ramp to the underground garage.
