Description

A proposed 10-storey, mixed use building with 134 residential units, 427 square metres of commercial space at grade and 136 underground parking spaces. The Final Report on the OPA + ZBL was adopted by City Council on February 26, 2020. However, the by-laws have not yet been adopted as the applicant is required to enter into a s37 agreement, prior to adoption. (July 27, 2020)
