Description
The purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment application is to permit a 29-storey residential building including an L-shaped 8 to 12-storey base building. The proposed building contains 518 residential dwelling units including 44,634 square metres of residential gross floor area. The application also includes 374 square metres of non-residential uses on the ground floor. The applicant is proposing 477 parking spaces in a 4-level underground parking structure. In addition to the tower, the proposal also includes a new building that would contain a car dealership with a total area of 3,577.8 square metres.
