Description

Proposed amendments to the Etobicoke Zoning Code (Site Specific By-law No. 514-2003) to permit a mixed-use development consisting of 545 residential units (12 of which are to be affordable rental dwelling units ) within two new residential buildings with commercial retail at grade, underground parking garage, a new public park on site and public art. The mixed-use building on the eastern portion of the site would contain one 10-storey component and a 17-storey component. The mixed-use building on the western portion of the site would contain one 8-storey component and one 10-storey component.
