Description

Zoning By-law and Official Plan Amendments to permit a 9-storey (37.85 metres including mechanical penthouse) mixed-use building that would contain up to 370 square metres of non-residential floor area on the first and second floors and a total of 18 residential units. A total of 39 vehicular parking spaces (35 resident, 2 visitor and 2 office) and 22 bicycle parking spaces (19 resident and 3 visitor) are proposed. The existing buildings, including the 3-storey detached dwelling at 126 Hazelton Avenue that is located within the Yorkville-Hazelton Heritage Conservation District, would be demolished.
