Description
Proposed 7-storey mid-rise residential building containing a total GFA of 4,377 m² with a density of 3.06 FSI. A total of 41 units including 6 ground level units, four of which front Kingston Rd. A total of 45 vehicular parking spaces and 31 bicycle spaces are proposed. 28 of the 31 bicycle parking spaces and all vehicular parking spaces are to be located in a two storey underground parking structure. The site area is 1,430 m² and is currently occupied by three two-storey commercial buildings including a former vehicle service station at the corner of Cornell Ave and Kingston Rd. The subject site has a frontage of 42 m along Kingston and 28 m along Cornell Ave. The existing structures are to be demolished and replaced by the proposed 7-storey building.
