Description
Revised Site Plan Application received May 29, 2018: The Applicant has submited a revised Site Plan Application # 15 256718 STE 30 SA for the lands at 1117 and 1119 Gerrard Street East. The site was subject to an Official Plan and rezoning amendment application # 15 256717 STE 30 OZ that was adopted by Council on April 28, 2017 (By-laws 474-2017, 475-2017, and 476-2017). The site is currently developed with a Place of Worship (the former Riverdale United Church) at 1117 Gerrard Street East and an existing five-storey apartment building containing 29 alternative housing rental units. The site plan application contemplates the demolition of the existing Place of Worship, and to redevelop the lands for a five-storey building, containing 35 new alternative housing units, generally intended for low-income seniors, and approximately 235 square metres of community centre space at-grade.

Comparison with similar applications
Lobbied applications are compared only with unlobbied applications of the same type, in the same ward, submitted in the same year and of the same size band (units or floor area from the description; sub-type for Committee of Adjustment files). Unlobbied applications are weighted to match the lobbied group. Raw lobbied versus unlobbied averages are not reported.

Submission to the first decision status seen in our daily loads (measured from launch). Approval and refusal rates are among applications with a recorded decision.
Large and complex applications attract both lobbying and longer reviews, and matching cannot remove every difference between applications, so a difference does not show that lobbying changed how an application was reviewed.
Lobbyists choose whom to contact, so a difference does not show a change of mind.
