Description
To permit a phased mixed use development which includes a 56-storey residential building, a 16-storey mixed use building and includes a 4-storey commercial building. A total of 678 units and 57,460 square metres of gross floor area is proposed of which 3,475 square metres is for non-residential uses. A total of 834 vehicular parking spaces are proposed.
