Description

The proposed development consists of eighteen (18) 4-storey townhouses comprising a total of 3,697 square metres on the subject site and a density of approximately 1.5 FSI. Each unit will contain three bedrooms and contain one parking space in an integral garage. Access will be provided by way of a private lane that will run along 395 Leslie Street, and northsouth, parallel to the townhouses. THE OWNER HAS APPEALED THIS FILE TO THE OMB. PLANNING RECEIVED A NEW CIRCULATION THAT IS BEFORE THE OMB ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2017, SHOWING 7 DETACHED DWELLINGS AND 4 TOWNHOUSE UNITS.
