Description
The proposal encompasses two proposed seniors 'life lease' residential buildings (Trinity Ravine Towers) on the north portion of the site, connected by a 4-storey podium. The easterly building fronting Markham Road, originally the first phase building proposed at 25-storeys, is now the Phase 2 building at 30-storeys with 287 units. The westerly building, originally the second phase building at 30-storeys, is now the Phase 1 building at 28-storeys with 278 units together with the connecting podium portion. The overall 448 units originally proposed is now increased to 565 units. Six units of commercial space comprising 552 sq.m. are proposed in the easterly building fronting Markham Road (originally 7 units comprising 633 sq.m.)
