Description
The Allen District Plan is intended to provide additional direction to the policies contained within the Downsview Area Secondary Plan. It must be approved prior to any development applications. Future development applications (rezoning, subdivision, etc.) will also be circulated to all agencies and divisions for review and comment.City Council endorsed the Allen East District Plan and associated documents on October 1, 2021: https://secure.toronto.ca/council/agenda-item.do?item=2021.NY25.6
