(Block 32) The proposed development is a mixed use development that consists of a 12 storey seniors building with retail and support services provided for at grade. The retail uses at grade are located along the Sumach Street frontage, across from the new Regent Park Athletic Grounds.The proposed development will consist of a total of 332 seniors rental units.
