Description
Revised Application Submitted April 10, 2017: The Applicant, 1177 Danforth Avenue Ltd., has submitted rezoning and site plan applications that propose to develop the site, municipally known as 1177 Danforth Avenue, with a 9 storey mixed-use residential condominium building with a total height of 29.75 m (31.25 m including mechanical penthouse). The proposed building consists of a total gross floor area (GFA) of 7,401.3 m2, which includes 92 residential condominium units, above 722.00 m2 of retail space at grade. The total FSI is 4.2 times the lot area. The Applicant is also proposing 66 vehicle parking spaces and 115 bicycle parking spaces to be placed at-grade and within two levels of below grade parking.
