Description

Resubmission Form Oct 6, 2015 - The applicant proposes to construct four blocks of stacked back-to-back four-storey townhouses, having a total of 179 residential units. Also proposed are 205 vehicular parking spaces, of which 35 are proposed to be visitor. These would be provided for in an underground parking garage. August 26, 2016 - resubmission including new site plan approval application proposing four blocks of stacked back-to-back four-storey townhouses, having a total of 151 residential units. Also proposed are 169 vehicular parking spaces, of which 20 are proposed to be visitor. These would be provided for in an underground parking garage. March 6, 2017 - resubmission with four blocks of back to back stacked townhouses, comprising 151 residential units. 180 parking spaces are provided in an underground garage, of which 30 will be visitor spaces
