Description

The Owner proposes to repurpose the existing 2-storey building on the Property for office, custom workshop, performing arts studio, artist/photographer's studio, art gallery and caterer's shop uses (the "Proposed Development"). The Proposed Development includes 1,710 square metres of gross floor area with a floor space index of 1.33. Three parking spaces, two 'type C' loading spaces and a total of 11 bicycle parking spaces are provided at-grade with access off of Foxley Place.
