Description

A 6-storey mixed use building containing retail units at ground level and 33 residential units above, approved by the Ontario Land Tribunal on May 10, 2018.The original proposal was to construct a 9-storey mixed use building containing 46 residential units (18 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom) with a total residential gross floor area of 6,587 square metres, and 694 square metres of commercial retail space on the ground floor. A total of 71 parking spaces were proposed on three below grade levels.
