Description
Proposed 1 330 m2 expansion to an existing mixed use building (Shipp Centre). The additions will take place at two levels - a ground floor addition (895 m2) and second storey addition (435 m2). The ground level expansion will be occupied by grocery store space and the second storey expansion will be gymnasium space. At the second level, a green roof occupying 2 009 m2 is proposed as an amenity space to the entire complex. Landscape upgrades are also proposed at ground level.
