Description
Proposal for three additional floors above previously approved Zoning amendment application (file no. 08 209948 STE 20 OZ) which resulted in By-law No. 849-2010) for a 41-storey building. The site is subject to a previous site plan approval (10 299074 STE 20 SA) for a41-storey buil;ding. The review should focus on the proposed changes to the building, ie. the additional three floors.
