Description
To alter the redevelopment plan, approved under Site Specific By-law 210-2011 and Site Plan Approval file 11-247841 STE SA, for a 40-storey mixed-use building by increasing the overall height of the building and the number of dwelling units from 369 dwelling units to 393 dwelling units. The changes to building height, gross floor area, number of units and amenity space were approved by the Committee of Adjustment (file no. A0980/14TEY).
